Class Description: This is a one afternoon (or evening), 3hour class designed for the student who maybe curious about woodturning but may not be ready to jump in to the wonderful world of woodturning. This class will discuss the components of a Lathe, Lathe safety, how to mount piece of wood on the Lathe, how to use a Spindle Roughing Gouge to turn a square billet to a round rod.
